Once again Peartrees Catering outdid all our expectations! The entire catering staff was friendly and professional at all times. Perhaps the highest compliment I can pay them is that they make it look so easy. Many of the guests remarked about the quality, variety, and presentation of the wonderful food. In particular we heard many comments about the Mahogany Rice with Pecan Butter and of course the Bananas Foster Flambe. All the items on the menu were outstanding. Perhaps most of all, however, I need to tell you what a pleasure it is to work with you! Your patience, expertise, and friendly nature make the role of the Cuisine Chair a wonderful experience.
