Peartrees Catering was established in 1984. Ocean West Management, owned by Jerry & Luanne Siegel, purchased Peartrees in 1990. By 1998 they had outgrown the Golden Hill facility so in June of 1998, an 8,000 sq. ft. building was purchased and remodeled. Peartrees relocated to the South Bay to what is now one of the largest, state-of-the-art catering facilities in SD County.
